A Success in Spite of Myself
I ordered an autumnal arrangement as a housewarming gift for my sister-in-law to be delivered to her new Manhattan apartment. I received voicemail & text messages from the delivery guy that no one was answering at the front door of her building, which confused me because she's in a doorman building. When I reached him it seemed I provided the wrong address? He gave me the # for the dispatcher, who could not be nicer, and the flowers made it that day to their correct destination, hardly much later than originally planned. She loved them; she was so happy, and they looked great in her apartment. Ninor disaster averted. Thanks to Urban Stems for the great service and beautiful arrangement.

Loved my monthly flowers
They complimented the fall foliage and overall energy and I loved The little note it came with about the vogue collaboration. Def made my month. Flowers last a long time!

Beautiful
The gift of roses arrived at my door in a lovely box! The roses were packed perfectly and really opened up immediately. These flowers were very pretty and have already lasted a week!
