The Unicorn

Delivery date was not as promised. Ordered on 9/4/26 with stated delivery on 9/9/26. At 6:08 pm on 9/9, received notification that delivery was delayed and flowers would be delivered on 9/10 between 8:50 am to 12:50 pm. Also did not happen. Flowers were delivered after 5:00 pm with no notification to the recipient from the carrier upon arrival. They were just left on the doorstep. Very disappointed! The flowers were already brown and wilting. This was my first and last order with Urban Stems.

I ordered three bouquets. One was delivered to tbe wrong address and two weren’t delivered at all. Then Urban Stems refused to give me my money back! They said they woukd redeliver but by then the wvent was over and i wasnt even at tbe same place. All they woukd do was give me a credit saying becuase it was a delivery issue it wasnt their fault. Really bad customer service. Ive ordered from them several times before. Not again.
