They took care of me when I messed up!

The medium difficulty rating is real. I was able to get most of the pieces on OK. But PFF 5 was much harder to get right. I can't quite tell if the lip is supposed to go on the vertical side or the horizontal side (between the bottom of the car door and the rocker) of the rocker. Honestly, I still don't. The video doesn't really show it. Anyways, I messed up my installation for PPF 5 and emailed support. They sent another copy and I only paid for shipping. They really took care of me!
