Creme De La Mer The Moisturizing Cream 60ml

I have been using this cream for over 10 years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The product I received was clumpy, partially dried out, and had an oily film, making it feel unusable. It appeared either expired, improperly stored (possibly exposed to heat or cold), or potentially not authentic, which has significantly reduced my confidence in purchasing it this way again.

First and last time that I ordered my favourite cream from EUROPAcosmetics. It was delivered from CHINA! Additional to this no go for an European company, the product had a yellowish discoloration on its top layer.
