They run small, so I had to size up a half size. The exchange process was seamless and shipping was very quick. The sneakers are cute. I only wore them once, so I can't speak for durability, but hopefully they last.

This is a Christmas gift for my daughter who has been dreaming. Of any issues for months and months. After Christmas, I will forward a picture of her when she opens it and gets her dream shoes.
