I dont know where to start with this item...i haven't tried it because when the item arrived it was extremely hot and the seamoss inside the jar looked very watery....however, i did reach out to the company but i got no response...i was just too concerned with consuming something that felt like it had been in a oven.....i have been ordering from other people who sell seamoss and i have never received seamoss that looked watery and also at the temperature that it was at...i thought i would try out a different company from the one im using right now but in my best interest i will just stay with the company that I'm with right now.
