Pants Kergon Black

Cute pants, buy a size up. By their sizing a small should fit me with plenty of room, it barely fits. I'm afraid to wash it because if it shrinks at all I won't be able to wear it to my event. Also, insane return policy! If I try it on for two minutes and it doesn't fit, it's been worn and I can no longer return it??? I will never buy from these people again!
