The products are lovely, delivery was very fast, and the packaging was decent. The main issue is quality consistency. I bought two units to place side by side, and the flaws became obvious: the drawers sit at slightly different heights and the tops don’t line up properly.
I contacted support, but they insisted it was a wall issue (even though the problems were visible before mounting) and eventually stopped replying. That’s one star lost for build quality and another for customer support.
If you only need a single unit, or plan to keep them apart (for example, on either side of a bed), they look good and work fine. But if you want two next to each other, be prepared for noticeable inconsistencies and very little help or support.
