The keyboard arrived with a broken black key right out of the box, making it unusable upon arrival. I contacted customer support immediately, provided photos, and have now waited several days without even an acknowledgment or response. I was genuinely excited to begin learning on this keyboard, but the lack of quality control and customer service has been very disappointing. I hope the company resolves this issue promptly, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend purchasing from them.
