The “Ex Machina” Tee (Black Edge)

Took 10 weeks to deliver, had to email support for an update. I understand delays happen but that should be communicated to the customer without having to ask for it. I love this brand, they have great designs and quality matierials, but the customer experience does not meet the same standard.
