I would give negative stars for customer service. I bought the bag retail and it had just been delivered. Simultaneously, I received an email saying everything was on promotion ( 30% off). I immediately emailed asking if they would match. They said no. I asked if i could return the bag and repurchase for the promotion price. NOPE! ZERO accomodation. Ive never had such terrible customer service ( and they were rude). BUYER BEWARE! There are so many good designers at this price- support thise designers!
