The S2 SE was DOA and I'm still waiting
I purchased an S2 SE online from the Hiboy website. I received it on the 15th of April and it arrived broken and not running, dead on arrival. I contacted customer service and three days later they responded with instructions and ifollowed the instructions they gave me, a picture of the serial number and a short video showing the problem. Several days later they emailed me saying they would replace the defective S2 SE and that for my trouble with the defective scooter they would send me a free phone holder but a phone holder is included already with the defective S2 SE . I don't think that's a valid gesture if they are giving me something that is already included. Customer service sent me a return sticker to put on the box covering the delivery sticker. I put the scooter and all of the contents that came with it back into the box it shipped in and taped it up securely. The instructions told me to have it shipped back to hilboy via fedex , my local FedEx does not ship batteries so I had to drive 90 minutes to the nearest FedEx that would ship batteries. I have now been waiting for a response from Hiboy customer service for four more days. At this point I'm concerned that I may never receive a scooter that I paid $330 for. Maybe free one day shipping or a better model e scooter as reparation for the defective S2 SE . Instead I get told I will receive a free phone holder when it is already included with the scooter . It's been almost three weeks since I ordered the scooter, where is the new one? Why treat your customers like this?

Could have been 5 stars
The only thing about this scooter that I did not like was that it arrived with 2 scratches on the steering pole. I know this did not happen during shipping because this scooter was packed very well. It must of happened at the factory an QA let it slip through. Just a superficial blemish though, everything else is great!
