My new daily rituals

I found Cleo’s walking mediation and started doing this at least once a day. It has totally changed my mindset. When I heard there now was an album I just had to get it. One to support Cleo as she has unknowingly been a support to me and two, there are so many other meditations to do. I love them all. I have recommended them to all my friends.
