I absolutely love this mop! I was pretty skeptical when I got it because as a former house cleaner I have used many different kinds of mops. I was never fully satisfied with the price or the performance of them. However the Moprobo delivers on all of it's promises! The sock trick is a real thing, and when you can comfortably walk on your floor in white socks it's a new level of clean that I never thought I would actually experience. Not to mention the ease of cleaning of this mop is outstanding even with a "deep" clean of the device only taking a matter of minutes. I am absolutely thrilled with it, and if your worried about whether or not their customer service is going to be "a whole thing". Nope! They are so prompt and friendly with their responses and genuinely seek to help by sending straight forward answers and even attach videos to help walk you through any problems you may have and how to fix them. Long story longer, if you're on the fence don't be, it's amazing.
