Perineal Hot & Cold Therapy Pack

I am yet to use the cooling gel pads for breast and undies postpartum, however knowing how amazing the throw away ice packs are for anyone having stitches postpartum and breast feeding - I know they will be such a relief. Ice packs really helped me soothe soreness with stitches after my first born and having gel pads to heat or cool for breast feeding will be great when milk comes in and boobs are bursting. The heat will help milk flow and avoid mastitis! Highly recommend these products for any new mum as a ready for recovery pack!
