Great reading if you want to stay active in menopause
I really enjoy running, but as I hit perimenopause, am finding it harder to maintain my fitness. This book has fantastic practical and research-informed tips for staying active and healthy in perimenopause and menopause, recommended reading. Lost one star because I expected more sample training plans.
