Bowknot Retro Thick-Soled Shoes

I have always been a size 40 all of my life. I get these shoes and they are so tight. Unfortunately I had a medical emergency and was in the hospital for over a month. I have contacted the company and they would not exchange or allow me to refund because it was past their timeline. I am so disappointed they’re in the original packaging. I even offered to ship them out to someone in the United States that was a size 40 for me to be allowed to have the correct size of shoes. They would not work with me at all. I now have a pair of shoes that I cannot wear still sitting in the original packaging. How can a company not accommodate a customer when they’re sizing is clearly off?! This is downright unacceptable and I am so frustrated that they will not work with me. Do not order from this company. The shoes are not made with quality they’re cheap and then on top of the quality to have something that does not fit and sitting in my closet is extremely frustrating.
