14k Sparkling Hoop Earrings

The piece which was bought 6/6/26 and received about the 6/17/26 and worn for less than one month is Tarnish. The gold color is not looking silery black. I wish to know the next line of Action to be taken since it Tarnish really too early while it not supposed to so Sincerely Elizabeth

I am Very Upset , i haven’t worn my earrings for a week and they turned Tarnished i need to Return the item because they its not a good product.

I dislike the earrings. The earrings are not the same ones that are in the picture. The ones that you sent me are earrings from the dollar store. They are not the ones in the picture very very disappointed.
