The product itself is incredible. Comfortable, soft, and absolutely fashionable my wife is in love with them. My BIGGEST complaint is communication. I ordered these in the middle of June and there was little to no updates on the ETA of the product. While I'm happy my wife received the package, not knowing a ETA or being updated is quite unnerving
