I loved the necklace, however I'm surprised by how it is shipped without being more protected. Mine arrived with a noticeable kink in the chain so that was a huge disappointment for me. It was all tangled up inside a bag with no cushion or case really to protect it during shipping. Otherwise the chain itself is gorgeous. Very shiny and I got the dainty one which is perfect for everyday.
