Very pleased with the ring, it was made to my specifications and all is expected. the website is easy to navigate and very clear. The ring looks lovely and is good quality. Once it was ordered I received regular updates on its progress which was geatly appreciated and reassuring. The ring arrived sooner than expected and was securely delivered via a courier who asked for a code number which had been texte to me. The ring was safely packaged and it was a nice experience to unwrap the well presentd box. I have never bought a ring online before. However, after researching the site's provenance, I felt comfortable to go ahead and choose my birthday ring. Here in Cornwall, shops are limited. The Diamond Store had a wonderful range with helpful descriptions. It was hard to choose but with the help of my husband, I was able to choose one within our budget. When it arrived I was overjoyed. Very pretty looking. The sapphires sometimes look light purple and sometimes light pink depending on the light.
