I’m really disappointed with my experience. I ordered this hair oil as a gift, but unfortunately it arrived in a very poor condition. The oil was thickened and clumped around the bottle opening, which is not how a hair oil should be and made it unsuitable to give as a present. This is especially frustrating because I’ve ordered from them before and the product arrived perfectly fine in liquid form, so I know this isn’t normal. I reached out to the seller on 17 April to resolve the issue, asking for either a replacement or a refund, but I haven’t received any response. I’ve also followed up and still heard nothing. Overall, the lack of quality control and poor customer service has been disappointing. I wouldn’t feel confident ordering again unless this is properly addressed.

So far, I can’t say anything about the results yet since I just started using the product. However, I’m quite disappointed with the extra costs. I had to pay €10 for shipping and another €10 in taxes because it was shipped from UK. In total, I paid almost €50 for just 50ml of oil, which I find quite expensive. If the product works well and delivers good results, then it might be worth the money. Otherwise, it would feel like a waste of both money and time.
