Fantastic service my ring turned up it is absolutely gorgeous but sadly it didn't Fit it was a little tight. We contacted the Diamond store through their customer service contact details on the website and ask how we could get a replacement. I had a response within 10 minutes with instructions on how to return the ring amd to order the replacement one. The ring was returned the next day and my replacement ring was with me within 2 day it fits well and is absolutely stunning. Will definatley be ordering from the Diamond Store again.
