Please can you improve the butterfly backs on the posts?

The earrings are gorgeous but the butterfly backs to the posts are really awful. Very difficult to find the tiny hole to push the post through. Not sure I'll be choosing these earrings to wear because of the hassle with the backs. . Such a shame! Please look at supplying better butterfly backs. . . it's putting me off buying more earrings from you!
