Expensive diamond bracelet, clasp did not fasten

For an expensive diamond bracelet- you would expect it to fasten up but it didn’t but they did except a return and exchange fairly rapid, otherwise I would of given one star

I bought a tennis bracelet for my daughters birthday as I was totally stumped what to get her. I Googled birthday bracelet and The Diamond Store came up at the top of my search. I had never come across them but can truly say I have not been disappointed. The bracelet was shipped immediately and arrived in my wee village in Argyll 48 hours later. The packaging was substantial and once into the gift bag it was striking. The bracelet was presented in a beautiful orange box, the same as the gift bag. It’s absolutely beautiful, in fact more than beautiful…….I chose the smallest length and it was a perfect fit for my daughters very fine wrist. I know she’s delighted with it because she immediately put it on and continues to wear it. Included with the bracelet is a valuation certificate for insurance purposes.
