I order 2 of these large urn planters for a new patio space. Ordering online, particularly with items that are unique and one-of-a-kind, can be risky. The entire process from ordering to receiving the urns was perfect. The urns arrived well packed and the delivery person was extremely helpful in helping us uncrate and put them in place (they are heavy). I am thrilled with this purchase. The urns are each unique but they blend perfectly in my space. I highly recommend Plantatorem and their products.
