Customer Service is beyond reproach

First, all I can say is "stunning." Perhaps more important, the customer service provided is amazing. This was ordered for my wife for our 53rd wedding anniversary so the time of receipt was important. The head jeweler contacted me to let me know that a problem had been encountered and they had to remake the gold setting for the piece but assured me I would receive it prior to our anniversary. Then they notified me that UPS failed to pick it up, but assured me it would be delivered in time. True to their promise, I received the piece a week before our anniversary. Such customer service is often a rarity in this time and age. I have ordered from this jeweler several times over the past few years and have never been disappointed in the jewelry. Their dedication to the customer is beyond reproach. My wife and I thank you so very much.
