Low Carb Spanish Rice

More flavor, please

I make my own Mexican rice but love Kaizen’s lupini rice and pasta. So I was really looking forward to the Spanish Rice. But I had to keep adding ingredients like salsa, cumin and chili powder to finally get enough flavor. So while it’s okay as a base, just know that if you really want flavor (and I’m not even talking yet about heat!), you’ll need to play around with it.

Best Rice

I have tried so many low carb pastas and I hate cauliiflower rice. This Spanish rice is so good I could just eat it all by itself. Put it with the Greek chicken and rice bowl. It is divine.

I just got it. I have not used it yet, but I will let you guys know.
