18K GOLD MOOREA PEARL CHARM

I love these earrings bit unfortunatelt i cannot get them in my ears. The pin is too short and when i try to close them they pinch the skin. I have tried putting them in from the back and did get them to close but then i could not open them again. Very painful. Also one of them is very stiff to close and open adding to the difficulty. Pity because they are nice earrings and now they will end up in the bin.
