Screen Protector Not Durable, but Great Customer Service

I was initially very excited to receive this item. As a fan I really liked the idea of having my team’s logo on an iPhone screen protector. It looked great for a little while, and I was very satisfied. However after about a month, the screen protector cracked significantly after a drop that would not have cracked other screen protectors I have used in the past. The material must not be as durable as others. I filed a claim for the $12 replacement, and it took almost 3 weeks to get delivered. I was told by customer service this was an internal issue and I was offered a refund for the $12. It took a few extra weeks for the refund to post, and I had to reach out to customer service again. The customer service team was very responsive and helpful. I would give 5 stars to the customer service team.
