I’ve been using the Hurtta Mudventure Dog Coat ECO for my Shih Tzu (size 30), and I’m honestly very impressed. First of all, the fit is excellent. My dog is a typical Shih Tzu—compact body with a bit of fluff—and size 30 fits him really well without restricting movement. The adjustable straps make it easy to fine-tune, so it stays in place even during longer walks. The material feels high-quality and durable, yet lightweight. It does a great job protecting against rain, mud, and wind, which is exactly what I needed for everyday walks in unpredictable weather. After walks, my dog stays much cleaner, and the coat itself is easy to wipe down or rinse. I also really appreciate the eco-friendly aspect of the product—it’s great to see a brand like Hurtta focusing on sustainability without compromising on performance. Another big plus is comfort. My dog doesn’t mind wearing it at all, which says a lot. There’s no stiffness or awkward fit, and he can run and play freely. The Coat is lightweight, waterproof, easy to put on and does not restrict movement when running or jumping. When it is cold, I pair the Coat with the Razzle Dazzle Midlayer. I highly recommend this product!
