Backpack straps are uncomfortable. When the bag is full it is awkward on the body - it needs cinches on the side to bring the weight closer to the body

I am again very impressed with the quality of this product. It is substantial both in the quality of the materials it is made from (not stiff and ‘crunchy’ like other recycled materials I’ve gotten from others before) and in the design, I particularly like the 1” pocket it self stores into - it’s position when unpacked & open - is quite useful to store and easily access the removable backpack straps. Kudos to your designers. Also the hardware and zippers are high quality. It is the roomiest, substantially well crafted knapsack I’ve found for travel. Thank you!

I procrastinated & looked around for other options n kept coming back to Naki. Im of the era who like to see n feel what im buying. Even the girl at strandbags, altho she was very good, couldn't find anything like I showed her comparing the Naki. It was a lot o $ to spend without being able to see n check it out first. I decided to trust what I read online n I tell ya, im NOT disappointed. It has everything I need, want & require. Thank u.
