My NAS failed after 8 good working years. Contacting QNAP company with hope of possible repair service ended with recomendation to buy a new one. I was so happy to find Nick's YouTube video and then purchased a repair service on the web site for a reasonable price, plus I get one more year warranty. I received my NAS repaired, up and running again. What a great service. Check it out if any of your electronics is broken. They have a wide range of repair services offered.
