Sizing is always tricky with collars as some dog breeds have leaner necks than others - while your overall quality of the collar is good, i find it unacceptable that i have to pay for a size exchange, one that will be almost half the purchase price just in sending the collar back to you for processing. I doubt ill be ordering again until you get more settled in case a size is off.
