Happy But Cannot Figure Out The "Code Resetting" Process

Quality safe at a good price. I bought a refurbished unit. Completely happy with the entire experience, even though I cannot figure out how to reset the factory codes to settings of my choosing. At the same time, I have not called to get help. I have watched "how to" videos to no avail. I'm probably just stupid. I'm using the old fashioned opening / closing methods via the special key provided. That's fine by me.
