Hope never to need it
I appreciate the Free Returns & Package Protection are automatic for purchases, though I hope never to NEED to return or make a claim on any problems with shipping...
One puzzle I have... is why are there no options for a gift message? I purchased a bag for my mother with the "Mother's Day" sale, and there was no way to inform her that "the package was a gift, it was from me, and Happy Mother's Day!" -- I'd love to see this feature as an option, if nothing else to prevent confusion (My mom has 7 of us kids, and I honestly didn't want her to have to guess who the present was from).

Loved the colors, didn’t love the bags. I so wanted to love these bags! They were just too compartment-y for the way I travel to fit I guess. I tried both the 60L and the 30L. And both sizes of the toiletry bags and just couldn’t make them work unfortunately. I guess I’m more of an open concept bag person. So I returned it all.
