Delta Vintage Suitcase Charm

Order was incorrect. They sent wrong one. I had to start a return through the delta shop and send it back to them via UPS. I dont know when my new one is going to arrive. The package slip in the order was printed on top of other lettering making it difficult to read . I think thats how i was sent the incorrect one. I’m upset that i have been inconvenienced by this. It is a fifty dollar difference in price and it was hard to figure out how to return. The item itself is really beautiful and i hope it comes soon. Thats why the one star.

I received the gold vermeil charm with sterling silver accents rather than what I ordered. It looks fine.
