Super Cute big in the chest

This dress is super cute but kind of big in the chest, I guess I will need to put on a pushup bra/ or a sticky push up bra to fill out the chest. Or maybe I just need o pull it down, but the model definitely fills it out better than me. I don't think I could go down a size because it's pretty short as is.

i dont like the fit of this dress proportion are off, waist is too big, chest area too low. this was a pricey dress, the material definitely is nice but i think this was just a miss for me. i should’ve just bought some shirts.
