First the videos on tikok and now this - absolutely magnificent. The instructions are clear, the highlighting of when ingredients go in absolutely peak. The intro where the exact nature of instructions are explained but also the general vibe of learning from doing, exploring and understanding what making a curry is properly about. Bravo <3

It's hard to put into words, the levels have been set, this guy has got me off the sofa and in the kitchen, he is vibes, the recipes are top tier 10/10. Great investment.
