This is my go-to style and brand for swim practice. It’s a reasonable price, easy to put on, and I love the little grippies around the bottom to help keep it more secure.

Not for me

Returning and getting a regular cap. This was a bit big even with all my hair tucked under it. Looks a bit odd the way it bulged. Worth a try if regular ones don't work well for you.

Great swim cap for long hair

If I tie my long hair into a ponytail bun before donning my swim cap my long hair stays perfectly dry for the most part. Just a bit of dampness around the hairline. The cap is not too tight to be uncomfortable, just a nice snug fit to keep the water out. And the extra room for my ponytail makes it easy to get the cap on.
