Great Quality and Service, but Inconsistent Fit Between Colors

I recently ordered the same sock model in a few different colors, and while I really like the overall quality, I noticed an inconsistency between them. The beige pair fits perfectly and feels great, but the brown pair is noticeably different, they’re shorter at the top and wider in the toe area, which makes them a bit too loose for me. I reached out to the brand, and their customer service was excellent, they kindly sent me a replacement pair at no additional cost. Unfortunately, the second brown pair had the same fit as the first. I also hoped they might shrink slightly after washing, but that wasn’t the case. Overall, I’m happy with the beige socks and appreciate the brand’s helpful support, but the inconsistency in sizing/fit between colors was disappointing. I wish I had only ordered the beige ones, as the brown ones are too loose to wear.

As to the products, I am satisfied, because I love cotton. What I don’t like at all, is the company. Delivery takes about a month. When they send you a coupon, every item I wanted was out of stock. When I tried to use a coupon, it was not accepted. When I trie to send a email, conveniently it couldn’t be sent. After a purchase, there was an offer to order more same items with 10% dis ount and free shipping. When filled, was not anle to submit it. About 3 days after a purchase, they sent another coupon. I couldn’t use, as I wanted first to see how are the sizes of things ordered. They run big!!!
