Star Gem Drop

I love the design of these but im really disapointed, They are externally threaded which creates microtearing in the ears when you feed them through which for most ears is irritating, I could not wear these for a full day before having to take them out from the irritation of putting them in. Their should also be a mandatory option to pick bar length and backing because if i knew their were options before ordering i would have got the longer bar and a flat back. And for the price they should be internally threaded at the least, comfort of wear should be a top priority.

Very hard to attach the tiny ball to the stud. Unable to do it.
