New Formula Sucks

The new formula breaks off into tiny pieces on my lips. It’s also significantly less hydrating and doesn’t last as long as the prior formula. Over the years, I probably purchased 20+ sticks of the old formula. It was amazing. I gave up Aquaphor and got my spouse to convert as well. I hate the new formula and so does my spouse. We are switching to a different brand. I emailed Boreal Folk asking if they changed the formula because it wasn’t hydrating and they took forever to respond before saying it was because the old formula got lumpy after 6+ months, so they changed it. That was something I never had an issue with. I’m 0% impressed by their customer service. They basically wrote me off and didn’t even offer an exchange. I purchased 5 of these sticks thinking it was the normal formula. Now I’m stuck with 5 sticks of the new formula and wasted a ton of money.

I just love all products by Boreal Folk. They smell so good, make me feel ´ole I am in the forest which is my happy place. The serum and oil are absolutely amazing. Strongly recommended
