The drinking chocolate I never got

I ordered Abbotsford Road drinking chocolate which I normally love because it’s much less sweet than most syrups and powders while retaining an intense chocolate flavor. However, my order never arrived, and tracking indicated it had not left the facility. After emailing, and calling many times to leave unanswered messages, someone finally picked up the phone and said the order hadn’t been sent out and they would send it out the next day. It’s now a week since I made that call and I still don’t have my chocolate. And again, no one answers the phone at Abbotsford Road. Products are very good but customer service is terrible.
