We have now bought 3 of these chairs and absolutely love them. Great quality and quick delivery. Would highly recommend this company.

Alright with some issues

Matches my expectations. Positive: leather is good, wood is fine. Negative: buttons are not on the same horizontal level about 2cm difference in height. Looks pretty cheap. The ottoman is wobbly. The post is not firm in the stand.

Great chairs and customer service.

After much debate we decided to order an Eames lounge chair and ottoman in tan. Small issue with one armrest that had a blemish in leather, very quickly solved and replacement received in 48 hours. Great customer service! So good, we decided to buy another chair one week later and again very happy with quality and standard of service , highly recommend on our experience. Kay Charles
