This painting reminds me of a trip I took to Montana one summer on the lake. There was a little dock to the left of my cottage and across the lake there was a wild fire and at dusk you could see the flames and the sunset over the mountains almost exactly like this painting. I’ve showed it to my family from photos and they agree it’s super similar. That trip was super special to me so it makes this painting extra special
