Easy to adjust the straps

These paddles work as expected. I've used them for several swims now. They seem very durable and provide the type of additional resistance I was looking for from swim paddles. Also, the quality of the straps seems better than the many pairs of similar Speedo paddles I had used in the past.

These paddles took my swim training to the next level. I can feel my forearms improving after even just a couple weeks with these. Also improves catch by revealing the mechanics of your particular stroke. I have small hands but went with the medium, and they work well for me. Very comfortable. Great product!
