These tiny strawberry shortbread cookies are absolutely delightful. They pair perfectly with the strawberry shortcake tea or all by themselves. They are just the right size I can have one or two yet not feel like I’m over indulging. So good!

These are the perfect treat to have with a cup of tea. They have the buttery shortbread texture but are creamy with a hint of strawberry.
