I have been having hard time finding good coffee in recent years. We prefer our coffee not to smell like burned dirty rags, so we like light roast. There is a memory from childhood of kitchen smelling of coffee. Just the aroma was uplifting. We could never recreate this with any of the coffees we have tried, especially in the recent years. This coffee comes as close as we have ever gotten. Not yet the right stuff, but very nearby.

Mixes well with other caffeinated coffee, as I do half n half.
