Dainty Maltese Cross Necklace

Love this necklace!

My necklace arrived without the lobster claw attached. I contacted customer service including pictures just minutes after my order arrived. I did receive a very curt email within 48 hours but the return process is very complicated and requires a lot of effort on my end starting with applying to return the broken necklace, to package the item and go to the post office, pay the postage and wait for reimbursement and a replacement. I question the quality especially for the price when an item arrives in that condition and I am expected to put so much effort into returning it and pay up front for a replacement.

I received this for Christmas from my children, and I absolutely love it! It will become my everyday, go with everything piece! Quality is lovely!
